Commissioner for Oaths in Malaysia is an official appointed by the Chief Justice of Malaysia to ensure declarations like affidavits, legal documents, and other statutory declarations are legally compliant which only for the use in Malaysia. 

Mr James Ng was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Federal Court subject to the “Commissioner for Oaths Rules 2018”. He used to be legal firm manager and now using his relevant legal experience, he is ready to provide Commissioner for Oaths services to the society in an efficient and professional way.
