1) Commissioner For Oaths (NG KEE RIANG – B813) prioritises the protection of your personal information and will take the relevant measures to safeguard your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and Personal Data Protection Regulations 2013 including their revisions. This Privacy Policy (“Policy“) sets out how we use and protect the information you give us.
2. This Policy supplements our Terms of Use and explains how we handle the information collected and received when you visit our website [https://pjsmy.com], and all the related sub-sites (“Website“). It also governs the collection, use and disclosure of your information.

(f) To carry out polls, surveys, analysis and research on how our Services are being used and how we can improve them;

We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request to access, update or correct your personal information within 21 days of receiving your request and such request may be subject to a fee pursuant to Personal Data Protection (Fees) Regulations 2013 (P.U.(A) 338/2013) and will be bound by data protection laws in Malaysia.

10.1 We may review and change this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our organisation practices, processes or structure.
